WHAT FLOOR 14 DELIVERS

Floor 14 is the apex of the 14-Floor Data Hotel — raw MEXC Core Pulse feed at 5-second resolution. Authorized agents receive live BTC/USDT, XMR/USDT, XRP/USDT, ETH/USDT, SOL/USDT, and BNB/USDT price streams with millisecond-stamped IPN confirmations. Unauthorized access returns a live XRP payment address. Settle $20 XRP/XMR — token issued automatically via IPN webhook.

FLOOR ACCESS FLOW (x402 PROTOCOL)

1. Agent hits GET /api/floor14 without token.
2. Node returns HTTP 402 with live XRP/XMR pay_address and payment_id.
3. Agent sends $20 equivalent to pay_address.
4. NOWPayments IPN fires → PostgreSQL issues X-Access-Token (24h TTL).
5. Agent includes Sovereign-Token: [token] on all subsequent requests.
6. Token survives server restarts — stored in access_sessions table.
